By signing this form, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations:
Meals & Dining
- Meals must be consumed in or collected from the dining hall only. No meals will be
- served in rooms.
- If utensils are taken to the rooms. It the duty of the resident to keep if back in the
- Kitchen.
- Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Meals will be served only during fixed hours. Timings and menu are subject to change.
- Only pure vegetarian meals will be served.
Rent & Payment
- One month’s rent and two months’ security deposit must be paid at the time of
- admission.
- Monthly rent and charges must be paid before the 5th of each month.
- Late fee of 100 per day will apply after the 12th of each month.
- Security deposit is non-interest-bearing and refundable (after deductions) within 15
- working days of vacating.
Notice Period & Refund
- A written one-month notice including Whatsapp intimation is mandatory before vacating. For example: if the resident wants to vacate his seat from the Month of April, resident must inform us before 1st March, in case of delay entire rent for the Month of April will be payable.
- Failure to give notice will result in the full rent for the next month being payable.
- One month's rent will be adjusted against the last month. Balance deposit will be refunded after deduction of dues.
Electricity Charges
- AC usage will be charged at 11 per unit, as per individual room meter.
- Roommates must coordinate with each other to divide the meter related dues amongst the residents.
- Use of high-wattage appliances (e.g., iron, immersion rod, heater, induction stove) is not permitted without approval.
Visitors & Guests
- Outsiders are not allowed in rooms without prior written permission.
- Guest stay (same gender) is allowed with roommate consent and will be charged per night. AC charges to be extra as per meter.
- Friends of the opposite sex are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Timings & Night Stay
- Main gate will be closed at 10:30 PM. Entry after this time requires prior permission.
- Overnight stay outside requires prior permission from parents and management.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness
- Regular housekeeping is provided. Residents must cooperate.
- Residents must maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
- Littering or misuse of shared spaces is prohibited.
Use of Facilities
- Use all facilities (Wi-Fi, AC, washing machines, study desks, etc.) responsibly.
- Any damage will be charged to the responsible resident.
- If key is lost resident will be charged Rs. 500 for the repair
- For Mattress damage resident will be charged Rs. 2000.
- For wall damage resident will be charged Rs. 2000.
- Unauthorized room/bed shifting is not allowed without approval of management.
Noise & Disturbance
- Maintain a peaceful environment. Loud music, shouting, or disturbances are not allowed.
- Repeated complaints may lead to disciplinary action.
Medical Emergencies
- Inform management about any medical conditions or allergies.
- Management will assist in emergencies, but medical responsibility remains with the resident/guardian.
Conduct & Responsibilities
- Maintain discipline and respectful behavior at all times.
- Misconduct or indiscipline may result in immediate termination and deposit forfeiture.
- Residents must turn off electrical appliances when not in use.
- Cooperation among roommates is expected.
- Residents are responsible for their personal belongings.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking, hookah, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
- Cooking with electric stoves or similar devices is not allowed.
- Illegal/unethical behavior will result in immediate expulsion.
- Subletting or transferring accommodation is not permitted.
Surveillance & Monitoring
- CCTV cameras are installed in common areas, entrances, and corridors for safety.
- Residents consent to being recorded in these public areas.
- No cameras are installed in private rooms or bathrooms.
Management Rights
- Management may update rules as required.
- Management is not liable for incidents occurring outside the premises.
- Management reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately for rule violations.
- Management may also terminate with one month’s notice without assigning a reason.
Grievance Redressal
- Complaints can be raised with the manager/warden.
- Unresolved issues may be escalated in writing to the PG owner.
Storage During Absence
- Storage of belongings during absence is allowed only with written permission.
- Management is not responsible for any damage or loss during this period.
Internet Usage
- Wi-Fi must be used lawfully. Illegal downloads and misuse are strictly prohibited.
Safety & Legal Disclaimer
- The management is not responsible or liable for any accident, injury, illness, self-harm, suicide, or death within or outside the premises.
- Residents and guardians are fully responsible for physical and mental well-being.
- Management is not liable for outcomes of mental health emergencies or emotional distress.
