Refund Policy

The security deposit paid at the time of booking or move-in shall be refunded within the 15th day of the month following the end of the stay.

This means:

• The refund will be processed within 15 days from the end of the month in which the tenant vacates the property, subject to completion of move-out formalities.
   
• Any applicable deductions for unpaid dues, damages, or additional charges (if any) will be adjusted before processing the refund.
   
• The final refundable amount, along with a breakdown of deductions (if applicable), will be communicated to the tenant.
   

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the tenant.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.

If the tenant vacates the property on any date in April, the refundable deposit will be processed on or before 15th May.
